There’s always so much choice and new TikTok’s of amazing places but I never note them down or know which place to go to with friends as I worry they won’t live up to the hype! With NeoTaste I’ve found an amazing hub of food lovers that have found all the best places and left honest reviews! I’ve tried a few of my favourites with the welcome offers you get for being a member and it’s been unreal! Treating my girlfriend and parents has also been a good flex 😎 would highly recommend!

I downloaded this app from an ad in London, and when I enter the app it doesn’t allow me to view it before I have to start the free trial of 30 days. I live in London and seeing as you guys aren’t even yet in London I feel like I wasted my free trial and when you start working in London I won’t have a free trial anymore. The app is clearly there to make money and doesn’t care about the UX at all. You collect our location before the trial, so it’s not that hard for the app to say “oops, we aren’t yet in London, we will notify you when we are”. That way nobody is wasting a free trial and people will be more satisfied with their experience. Competitors wise, in the uk there are already a bunch of apps that give even better deals and opportunity to dine for less. For example TheFork, Nightkey, first table etc and all of them are free, except first table where you pay per deal and not per month. So comparing with those apps yours is more expensive and monthly, which I am sure will lead to people loosing money and not making them if they don’t want to try out new places every month. So obviously I am going to be cancelling my free trial and definitely won’t join if I won’t have a chance to try it first once London is on the list.

To be honest I just looked at my regular payment on my bank app and I’ve seen this, tbh I don’t remember signing up or even installing this app and I don’t know how long I’ve been paying for!? And it’s has been long deleted off my phone. As someone who doesn’t eat out often I would never consent to paying for a useless service like this so I’m very confused how this has happened. (Not even sure if there service works where I am from!)After reading other review I realised I must have turned off automatic renewal when signing up for a free trial thinking they wouldn’t charge me for it until I confirmed. however they have and I haven’t even noticed, this is so strange and super dodgy tbh. I want my money back. This is a complete scam and many people have had similar issues judging by the other reviews.

Mr this app is crap
My friends recommended NeoTaste to me a few weeks ago and since I got I haven’t looked back. There are so many places near to where I live that I wouldn’t usually try but now I am so happy that I have. The deals are so easy to use and this app has opened my eyes to so many different restaurants and even cuisines! Fantastic.
