Didn’t get to actually use the app HOWEVER on the website of this app it goes on and on about how EVERYONE with an account can use it. Even is they don’t have a coach. I go on the app and the first thing I’m told is

What happened to everyone can use it?
AVOID
I used this service for a while, was given bad advice, pressured to lose weight, gaslit on the forums. They front as an inclusive and fun program but in reality it’s a toxic, cult-like environment
