Nestaway Zonal Manager
Nestaway has been managing my property in Bengaluru for over 4 years. The last couple of years have been tough due to Covid when occupancy plummeted and the general upkeep of the property suffered. But the new Zonal Manager, Michael Sebastian has turned things around. He has taken the initiative to get the issues fixed and thanks to him the occupancy is back to pre-covid levels.

NestAway has been managing my flat in Bengaluru for past 2.5 years. No issues so far. Madhurjya has been an exceptional person in NestAway who is very prompt in answering any queries and never failed to get the things done promptly, no matter which department it belongs to. He takes personal ownership of any issues I face. Overall, rent is being deposited timely. Invoices are clear. App experience could have been better. It’s been bit sloppy off late. Apart from that, I’ve not faced much of issues.
