Just use PayPal
So I set up my NETELLER account and to begin with it ran smoothly and then I decided to deposit a higher sum than usual as I became more confident with the site, as soon as they took my money my account was locked for verification, fair enough, so I sent in my ID and was told to wait 24 hours, this was on the 17th of December, just before Christmas, a few days passed and no answer, so I called them up to be told my verification was rejected, no explanation as to why. So with the time of year I was understandably frustrated but sent in further proof of ID including me holding my ID. Again we told to wait 1 business day, 3 days later and I’m still locked out of my account and once again I haven’t been told the reason why. They are fine with taking your money off you but you can’t even withdraw it back. I have used PayPal before and it’s clear they are superior in every was in comparison to this site, just use them as they don’t rob you off of 2% of deposits as well
You took my money, you lied
I was told to deposit ,and enjoy my money easily, after they took my money they started asking me for many details which they never stated when I was told to make a deposit and start spending
I wanted to play games which I never intended to put my details, I can’t even edit the details, I can’t take my money, I can’t do anything, I can’t edit my user name to enable me put the required information , I can’t close account, you people manipulate people to deposit money and use it easily, at the end You start asking for bank requirements, including Facebook verification, profile of address , you do a business but have no honest way of telling your customers what’s the right process
