Ratings and Reviews
Looks good but crashes
The app looks nice, it could do with the ability to see all the queues (for other techs) but on an iPhone 5s using IOS 8 it crashes every time it is opened.
Major rebuild required
The app works but the sync needs to happen when opening the app rather than manual.
Entering notes in any field you can’t hide the keyboard forcing you to close the app and reopening but will loose what you typed.
HD textures need to be implemented
Ability to view and amend tickets would be nice to do one the flow seeing as the software is made to remove your own mailbox and use nhd for ticketing.
Good app but needs a little polishing. When editing customer notes Return always defaults to complete of that field. So you cannot edit details and add multiple lines. It all has to be on one.
Also site addresses appear in the middle of the ocean. We are experimenting with our address format to see if this helps.
Makes life a whole lot easier than having to use the web interface.
