After a few glitches, everything working well

There has been a few problems with the App but the developer has been really helpful and solved all the issues. The fact I can contact them and they responded quickly is impressive. Thank you and best wishes.

Alexa integration so unreliable it’s not worth using it

Integration with Alexa is not always 100%.
Ask Alexa to turn on/off the aircon and she says air con is not responding, any routines involving the aircon don’t happen (because it’s not responding) the Alexa app says the accounts are both linked, unlinked relinked same happens. Think this is down to timing of the logging in to Nethome plus which constantly logs you out which is really annoying and no other similar apps seem to do this. If Alexa doesn’t see the device logged in then obviously it will see it as not responding, so the problem is with this app and not Alexa.
Pointless advertising Alexa integration when it clearly doesn’t work.

Unreliable

When it works, it’s great. But the app randomly logs you out of the account, meaning you frequently have to login. Which would be fine, if the app didn’t just randomly refuse the login and throw an error message.

The app doesn’t support generating a unique password, nor saving the password to iCloud, so you have to choose something random enough for security (so someone doesn’t hack your air con) but then remember it and type it correctly each time.

At least they now support Sign In with Apple, but I’m not going to be giving the slightly dubious sounding developers any extra information any time soon...
