Description
The Netwealth app has been designed exclusively for our clients. It provides them with the flexibility to access their investment accounts and share messages with the Client Service Team.
The app can be accessed using PIN, Touch ID or Face ID for secure authentication.
Key features of the app include:
Accounts
- Quick view of all your accounts in one screen, including value and risk level
- Access each portfolio individually for a more detailed look
- Interactive view of portfolio value and contributions, with customisable timeframes
- Review a breakdown of the asset allocation for each portfolio
- Interactive chart of investment returns, with customisable timeframes
Messages
- Send and receive secure messages direct to our Client Service Team
- Take photos of documents from whilst in the Netwealth app and attach them to your message
- Upload documents as attachments and send them securely

Bug fix on messages formatting too much spacing

App crashing
The app itself is good, but every couple of months it starts crashing every time I open it, and I have to delete it and reinstall. I wouldn’t expect this for a financial institution.
Application is fine, login is unreliable
I’ve given up using the application. Periodically it goes into an infinite loop when attempting to log in with Face ID. Disabling Face ID then deleting and reinstalling the application used to fix this. Now it just goes to the sign in screen and locks after entering the password. A shame because the application itself is reasonable.
Useful
Good app that provides lots of information about my portfolio’s performance. The team are always quick to respond to messages posted in it too.
