• You create – You and other family members upload your photos from your phone.
• We print – At the end of the month, Neveo displays the photos on a page in a beautiful photo journal that we print out and send.
• We deliver – A few days later, your grandparents will receive the photo journal containing all your printed memories!
HOW TO CREATE YOUR FIRST PHOTO JOURNAL
• Download the application, create your account and choose the plan that suits you best.
• Upload your photos. You have until the last day of the month to add more photos.
• Add descriptions. This is not obligatory but it always makes the experience more user friendly!
• Invite your family to take part. Brothers, sisters, loved ones, etc. In short, everyone who has nice photos to add.
• That’s it!

Great idea, needs improving
I’ve been using this app for several months now. The reason I continue to use it is because my relative loves the magazines and she has no access to the internet. However, there are several features that are frustrating, especially considering the price of the monthly subscription. 1. The app doesn’t access your folders, so you literally have to scroll through all the photos you have taken to upload the ones you want. 2. The photos are not printed in chronological order (this is the most annoying feature) 3. The app often crashes if you try to upload too many photos at once. 4. The app has thrown me out in the middle of uploading, twice, because they were updating the servers. I have mentioned these issues to the developers, but so far I have not seen any useful improvements in the updates.

Good offer but sad to not be able to delete accounts
We enjoyed being able to subscribe to share photos with elderly relatives who are not so tech-savvy. I can’t seem to delete a grandparent’s journal after they’ve died. We’re still completing another journal monthly for someone else, but have the accounts popping up as a reminder of the bereavements every time. Shouldn’t be hard to solve?

Shame there’s not a little more care
Excited to send my magazine to grandparents as a surprise as I live abroad. The photos on my front cover had been automatically selected with no review or care taken which meant one photo with text on had been chopped in half and unreadable and on the opposite side of the cover the image had been cropped so you could see my arm poking on to the cover but not the rest of me!! Such a shame as this product could be fantastic with a little more care taken. When I contacted customer service they couldn’t care less. Not the quality product or service I expect when you’re paying £15 a month for one magazine! I’ll be looking for an alternative similar product but won’t be staying with Neveo.
