Great program

Only a few weeks in but noticing a real difference. All the objectives are simple but they make you focus on what you’re doing and eating every day. Missed a couple of days but it’s easy to catch up. Feel really good.

Really motivating

Diets have never worked for me so this app is really different. Makes you feel like you have a coach next to you and I find that really motivational. Really easy to fit in as well
