I love to shop at new look because it has loads of great clothes. It is my favourite shop and I would definitely recommend it. The only downfall that I have come across is once I am off the app and come back later it says that there is this bug that comes and eats with my saved items. This can be annoying because I sometimes have 50 things saved. Hopefully this can be fixed soon. 🤪🤩🥳

Frustrating fault

I often shop with new look, and much prefer online shopping to being battered around visiting town to go in store. Another perk to being able to shop online or via an app is that I’m quite indecisive, so being able to save items and come back to them is perfect, especially when I’m piecing together an outfit for an event a little while ahead. However over the past few months, whenever I open my app I’m met with a message that says there has been a bug and my saved items have been lost. It’s so frustrating and has meant I’ve not bought much recently. I understand I can look through the site and save it again, but it’s a a waste of time when I know it won’t be there again in a few days time. I really hope this bug is fixed soon as it has been going on for months.

Online retail therapy.

I treated myself to a variety of tops and all are as described and very happy with them except one bodysuit top which is supposed to be coral and why I ordered it but was so disappointed when I received it as the colour is not as described and looks more like a rust colour which I’m not keen on. However, I still feel New Look deserves a good rating for their excellent delivery service and would like to say a big thank you to the key workers who made it happen during this horrible and uncertain pandemic.
Most times I shop online with New Look I’m a very happy customer as they have a lovely choice of clothes and rarely disappointed when I shop with them and are very generous with their discount deals so thank you New Look. I’ll be back.
