User-guided music generation system, coded by contemporary classical composer - a fast track both to instant new music, as well as education in music-writing techniques.

New Song renders music soundscapes, to listen to in app, or to export for elsewhere, by means of several user friendly tools that make the process fairly easy.

Upon opening, there are four boxes, when one or more is selected a series of symbols representing preset music generators appears (divided into colours representing generator types), when a symbol is pressed, unique music starts playing (with the exception of the certain generators, reserved for tasks such as inputting user audio, bluetooth MIDI keyboard, etc). You can edit these preset symbols, after holding one down for a moment - you're given the option to insert a user prompt, enter a seed number, to change the generator type, and choose candidate/s of the symbol to replace this one after it's music is deleted as required by the user. They are internally managed by the system, and define the sort of music to be expected, which is made using a combination of randomisation processes, your input, and chosen musical forms. 

Can layer up to 4 such soundscapes.

If something enjoyed, you can easily open what is playing and see the contents (and edit it, if need be, to the extent the generator in use allows), and finally by pressing the microphone button, the exportable recording of the audio begins, at which point all changes made to the sounds made in real time are recorded, then by pressing it again, recording stops and you can export the audio file for use elsewhere.

Several soundscape sources are included now, or generators types, each with its own set of tools, are available to have some fun with. More varying sources to be added in future. The active generators (sometimes referred to as coloured Pearls) appear, and are each editable, in real time on a circular graph - where the distance from centre represents volume, and the horizontal position represents panning.

Some of the tools within some of the generator types, even can be made to react to one another.

Reverb and tuning are also editable in real time, including during processing the recording for export.

Many included sounds, and custom sounds can be added by placing up to three (preferably slightly varying) .m4a files in a folder, naming the folder with the desired instrument name, then just place those folders in the app's folder (using Files app).

No instruction manual. May good intuition guide you well.

There are other features not mentioned here, it would be too much to list them all. Constantly aiming for a well managed simplicity.

NEW SONG is now free and unlocked. After being forced into psychiatric torture chamber in year 2012 by Victoria Police (following a false accusation), and drugged many times, Crisis Assessment and Treatment Team (CATT) later came to my home after the hospital visits, to make sure i was taking the drugs (destructive to my mind and personality, prevented me from doing music and computer programming properly, known to reduce fertility). That man from CATT told me not to seek employment, promising he'd return to me later to allow it. Years passed, he didn't return to allow me. My world ended in 2012 when significant tortures began.

NEW SONG is 1 gift for Lord Yeshua (May His Mother and the Angels, also receive a well-earned respect), proof of my obedience to CATT. Eventually i cared less about money, no longer expecting to be permitted employment, to start Family, later caring more to rescue similar ones, tortured unfairly. Good gifts come from Lord Elohim, gave us gift of Life. Psychiatrist JP denounced Christianity at a meeting.
