Excellent tool, great value
This is the best tool I’ve found for my percussion scores. I like the way that notations are stored as separate objects so they can easily be edited and moved.
The app allows me to use a MIDI trigger for page turns from my electronic drum kit. Set lists are great for gigs.
If I had one suggestion, the ability to add your own symbols would be useful, but maybe that will come in a later release. Otherwise, perfect.

Brilliant, but…
I’ve been using this app for 20 minutes, and I have to say, it’s STUNNING. The optical music recognition is just scary, the interface is gorgeous and the prospect of syncing and cloud integration is very exciting.
However, the threat of losing access to all but 15 of my scores if I were to stop paying the subscription (which I actually think is good value!) means that I won’t be switching from another app where I will always have access to my scores. That said, I will keep a close eye on Newzik.

When your subscription stops, you will not be able to open your scores if you have more than 15, but everything will be safely saved until you are ready to subscribe again. And even if you don't, you can still easily export your music even as a free user! If you need more details on this, please write to contact@newzik.com

Well worth the money and better than all other apps in the market for functionality and features.
I’ve recommended this to my friends as I think it’s an amazing app with a great team of developers working to make it better and better.

As already explained in our email exchange with you, historic users don't need to pay for the new version! :) Closing / reopening your app will automatically give you the Premium access if you already owned the app before the release of version 5. If it's not the case, please let us know and we'll update your status right away.
