Left without in-App purchases ,

Deliveries and orders not updating

I have bought several things this last month which are not viewable on the delivered or expected or ordered pages. There is a running total of my spend (debit) but without details (item list or order). It would be helpful if returns showed next to sales so you didn’t have to work out which items matched each other to figure out how much you actually owe/ due to owe or at least showed up as a returned item rather than two separate items; one delivered, one return in separate places. I can’t check the ordered I’ve placed as not all are showing. I’ve ordered a lot recently but it’s now getting complicated to keep track via the app. Probably easier if I shopped around instead of auto going to the next app!

Worst online site

Awful. Eventually it can’t cope with scrolling and takes ages to refresh. I’ve clicked on a pink velour hoody and the description has come up 100% leather, it has happened a few times where the description is completely off … or I click on an item and it takes me to something completely different or goes back to the front page. Also a number of times I’ve gone to check out and had enough in my credit to get an item I’ve ordered BUT it tells me I don’t have enough and I need to add some, so if I can be bothered I then have to order through the customer service on the phone.
Honestly I find myself getting so frustrated with it that I just hop over to the ASOS site. I personally think Next have taken on too much now as it not only affects their website but also deliveries and customer service are not as reliable as it used to be. Next used to be my number 1 go to but not anymore I’m afraid, which is a shame as the quality is mostly good … they need to sort out the app AND the website is as bad

Extremely disappointed

Having a been a next customer for years especially for my children I am very disappointed today with the online ordering and customer service I received today. I tried to place an order today and pay part of it with gift cards but there was no option to add the gift cards on and it clearly states on the back they can be used online. I called customer service and after being on the phone for 30 mins I was no further forward after repeating my order twice and then being told o cannot process gift cards over the phone it has to be done online!!! I had already explained to the lady I was calling because I couldn’t use them online. She was a polite lady but didn’t have a clue what she was doing and didn’t make any offer to pass on the problem to anyone that may be able to help or never offered to speak to a manger to see if they could help. So now I have had to put my order through without using my vouchers and who knows if I’ll get to use them before they run out!!!!! Not a happy customer today.
