I downloaded this because I don’t want to put extra pressure on the 111 phone line but it’s almost laughably useless.When I select ‘symptom checker’ it gives me a small selection of symptoms to choose from or ‘none of the above’. When I select ‘none of the above’ it gives me another 5 to choose from. If it’s none of those (they’re very specific like tick bites) then you just get thrown back to the first list. Unless you have one of the very few symptoms listed then there’s no point in even trying.I can’t believe that our national health service is represented by such a rubbish app and that the options are so limited. It’s farcical how bad it actually is.

absolutely useless. have had chest pains all evening, but know that if i phone nhs24 they’ll fob me off and say it’s my anxiety and make me feel daft for phoning, so desperately downloaded this app and was just constantly being put back to the start of the symptom checker because chest pain isn’t even an option. actually ridiculous, this better not be where my NI payments go because i wouldn’t recommend the app in the slightest

The app itself is fine, but it has been sending my phone notifications every 5 minutes saying “[todays date] test summary [insert number here]” it has gotten into the hundreds and it’s driving me up the wall. I can’t figure out how to attach screenshots but I will if I can, uninstalling, no idea if it’s some weird bug, or the person sending them doesn’t know they’re going.

For ‘Find a service’ I’ve been unable to set location (either automatically or by postcode). An error ‘A valid postcode is required’ pops up no matter what I enter or do.Currently useless 🙁
