Description
With NIBE Uplink and the internet you get a quick overview and present status of the heat pump and the heating in your property. You get a clear and solid overview where you can monitor and, with premium service, control the heating and domestic hot water comfort. If your system is affected by an operational disturbance you receive a push notification that allows you to react quickly.

Confusing
Needs to more clearly explain what all the data maans
Workable app but needs improvement
The app usually connects but does t have a particularly user friendly interface. Sometimes it crashes and I have to restart the whole phone to make it connect again. Quite often some of the icons or features also do not appear for which there seems to be no diagnosable reason.
Considering the heat pump itself is quite a complex beast it would be nice if the app could represent things in both simple mode for general users and a more complex mode for those who want a deeper level of control.
Expensive and useless
No love is given to this app. It looks like it was slapped together in a few days as a demo and then unfortunately never really touched again. I have this screen with lots of space and one number in small font is displayed. At £50 a year for the ‘full’ experience I’d expect more. Then again to run the server for this app it would cost minimal amounts so I wouldn’t expect to be fleeced like this. My pv stores more data for longer and is free and they go out of their way to make it useful to look use. It’s a shame and it will certainly make me look like elsewhere when this heatpump finally dies.
