Description
Nice Viewer, formerly known as the ELAN Viewer, provides an interface to a Nice home entertainment and management system on an iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. The Nice integrates and provides control for media, home theater, distributed audio, security, door locks, climate, lighting, shades, video cameras, irrigation, pool/spa and more.
Nice Viewer requires an Nice SC100, SC300, g1, gSC2, gSC10 controller to be installed by a certified Nice installer. You can access our live demo system through this free App. To learn more about getting an Nice Home Management system please visit - https://niceforyou.com/
This App is compatible with Nice core software version 7.2 and newer on the SC line, and with version 6.0 and newer on the HC line of controllers. Contact your local Nice dealer for details.

Remote access no longer available
Suddenly remote access stopped working as well as the weather forecast is no longer available. I noticed issues with accessing/connecting to the system on the local network. Could the developer advise on the above?
Update from earlier this year a massive retrograde step
We have had Elan for about 30 months. Initially it was pretty good, but some irritation when I had to log in again on occasion. Other than that the layout was logical and the app functioned well.
The update a few months back is a real pain. I have to log in every single time I open the app. Even after navigating for a few seconds to adjust, for example, the feed for Airplay in media.
The app itself is now a nightmare to use, being very slow to react (if it reacts at all) to trying to move through pages.
The media changes are my particular bugbear. The layout of the page for an individual room now has a page for radio and airplay and one for favourites, previously they were on one page, so now I have the added difficulty of moving to whichever page I want. The radio page leads me to a particular radio station (my main one), but if I want to find another station from here I need to move between pages (or not depending on how the app is responding), either back to where I have come from, or to press the radio globe symbol and the the favourites symbol, which may get there eventually.
Thankfully we have a wall mounted screen that works as it has always have worked, but is only in one of the 4 rooms media covers.
Not a happy person.
Control!
Great system and easy to use! Once programmed correctly everything is just so easy. Used to have 5 remotes for my tv in the lounge and now one push of a button on the app just does everything
