Great
I love that the app has a good range of colours and credits for using the app which you can then spend on more colours. I have got to say that this app is amazing as not only can you set a timer for how long you want the light to be on for and control brightness but you can add sounds from the selection personally I use the cat purring as I i like to feel that my cat is with me although she is out at night most days another clever effect is that you have the choice of using your light sometimes I need to go downstairs during the night and knowing that there is a quick light to use near by is perfect and easy to reach. I definitely recommend this app especially if you get nightmares or suffer during the night and struggle to sleep.
Really helps
My daughter is afraid of the dark but I don’t like much light so when she has to share with me, it’s difficult to find a good balance. This app has been the best for me so far. The blue or purple lights work a treat as it’s not too bright for me but enough that my daughter isn’t scared.

I tried this app and I'm not sure what to do but all it really is doing for me is turning on my torch which I could just turn on in any app or on home screen all the colour change thing does is change the apps background colour and you can change the screen brightness but again can do that already not sure how it helps sleep but ,ok also the sounds aren't very relaxing and there's not much choice of sounds either, maybe add more like rain or rivers a lot of people find rain and river sounds to be relaxing including me
