NEW OCS APP

If you’re away from your store and need to place an order & check when your latest delivery will be
arriving, but don’t have access to a computer. With the new OCS App from Nisa this is now possible to
achieve. Simply open up the app on your iPhone or iPad, log into your OCS account and off you go.
The App gives you the freedom to manage your store, even when you’re not there.


UNIQUE DESIGN & LAYOUT

With a Large colourful Dashboard it’s simple to navigate to the desired area of the app, whether that’s
looking to place an ambient order or reading the latest news from head office, you’ll easily be
able to find your way around.


BROWSE NISA’S PRODUCT CATALOGUE LIKE NEVER BEFORE

Nisa’s product catalogue holds 1000’s of products from which you can choose from, simply enter a
search string or browse a particular scheme to find the products you require. Enter a quantity against the
product you want and a new order will be created. Continue to browse the catalogue, updating quantities
against products to add these to the order. When finished simply send that order to Nisa Head office or
save to send at a later time.


CREATE SCHEME SPECIFIC ORDERS USING SCAN & GO

When selecting to create a scheme specific order, you can use the scan & go functionality to add desired
products to that order. Scan product barcodes using your mobile device camera and it will automatically
add it to the order. Whether you walkaround your store or flick through the checkout magazines, it’s
never been easier to scan barcodes to build an order.


TRACK PLANNED DELIVERIES IN REAL TIME

When you are due a delivery this can easily be tracked within the app, eliminating the need to call Nisa
Head Office to find out when your delivery will arrive. Select the delivery tracker option and your delivery
information will be presented to you.


PROMOTION & WEB DEAL ORDERING

Within the app there are specific areas which will allow you to see Nisa’s latest promotions & web deal
offers. Simply select whether you want promotional products or web deal products and easily add these
to your next order.


NEWS

The Latest News from Nisa Head Office can be found in its own section within the App, keeping you
updated while on the go.


PUSH NOTIFICATION MESSAGES

The app incorporates push notification messages allowing Nisa head office to send important updates
and Nisa offerings which will flash up on your mobile device. If you don't want to these notifications then
simply turn this feature off under the settings section.
