Very easy and convenient app to use.
worst signup flow
The process of creating an account with a valid password is the worst I’ve experienced in living memory. It is simply awful. It’s a shame that this is the only way to buy a ticket, because the ticket machines never work.
weird app
almost everyone i know has had difficulty with the sign up. if you don’t have notifications on for your emails then it’s impossible. whenever you leave the app it will time out, making it impossible for you to sign up
