nkoda subscription information:
Your subscription will be charged to your credit or debit card through your iTunes account once the free trial ends.
This will be monthly or annually dependent on your subscription choice. Both subscription options provide access to the unlimited use of our entire library, features, and benefits. These options provide the same service and the only difference is a 20% saving on price when subscribing annually.
If you cancel your subscription before your trial ends, and re-subscribe after your trial has ended, you'll forfeit your full trial period. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal or cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions can be managed by the user and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user's iTunes account settings after purchase.

Poor app
Constantly crashes, hard to navigate, not worth paying for. Doesn’t allow you to stay logged in, every time I go on the app I have to re login via my institution. Won’t let you use the app unless updated to latest version, and now won’t let me re-download after I have deleted the app. They’ve changed the marking tools too which is somehow worse than before!

Nice, but not ready for payed subscription yet.
Search doesn't produce good results - for example Searching on 'op. 77' by Brahms produces (apparently) a violin part, a reduction for Piano and violin and endless other works which aren't relevant. In fact the music labelled as 'Violin' is actually the orchestral parts but is wrongly described. That's a one-odf mistake, but why does search produce pages of irrelevant results?
Also there's (apparently) no way to delete an item from a playlist.
Also the relationship between library and playlists is not clear. What exactly is 'my library'. Why do I need to ask such fundamental questions? Also the time taken to open an item of music is painfully long and inhibits discovery of how the library/playlists work.

Thanks for leaving a review and for letting us know about search improvements we can make. Our content team are always looking to improve the search function so we appreciate your feedback. I'd also recommend making use of the 'Find' search function on our web app (app.nkoda.com) which allows a more filtered search for instrumentation. Searching for opus number (op. 77 for Brahms's violin concerto) can also narrow the search.
To delete a playlist go into your Playlist section, and select the three dots on the right of the playlist you would like to delete. Then select delete.

Constantly crashes
The app has always suffered from stability issues, but now I can't open it on my Mac at all. As soon as I go to type my password in it crashes. Unlike other music apps, there's no active forum to find help or look at for other people's resolutions of the issue. I'll email support, but it's a pain to have to go to such lengths.
Of course, when it works, it's marvellous. But I simply can no longer recommend it to students, I face too many issues.
