Unable to report later on
I can see from previous reviews that updates for this feature were promised but not delivered.
I wish to report a problem location from my home, not whilst stood at the place with the problem. Unable to move pin on map.
I also cannot upload a photo from my phone, I can only take a photo in the app.
Hoping for improvements soon.
App notification
The app tells me to put my bins out on a Wednesday morning, but my bin day is a Thursday- changed when Veolia took over the contract. There is nowhere in settings to change it!
What a waste of software!
I’m tired of reporting stuff only for the council and Veolia to ignore! Is waste of taxpayers money and time for those that try to improve this town we live in!
