Entering passport details too fiddly
1 - the app doesn’t remember items already checked (ie I had to Tick my daughter as female about five times
2 - my daughter s first name appears as alice miss lee - I took off the miss but it came back in the final boarding card?
3 - when entering dates, you have to start by year, month and day otherwise it auto correct to today’s date. It is not self explanatory and very frustrating if you are not aware of the trick
As slick as the service
This app I find easy to use and generally works. Certainly better than some other carriers. Sometimes however there are checkin errors which means I have to check in at the airport. Fix that till I don’t notice and it would be 5* from me.
Refused to let me sign in to existing account.
I had to set up a new account. Same email and password. It wouldn’t let me sign in to my existing account when I got a new phone.
Something is definitely wrong there because I used exactly the same email and password but now it shows no previous flights and my points are at zero.
However, if I sign in on my old phone (or desktop) using the exactly same email and password, I get my old account with my flight history and points.
Quite an impressive mess, really.
