Entering passport details too fiddly
1 - the app doesn’t remember items already checked (ie I had to Tick my daughter as female about five times
2 - my daughter s first name appears as alice miss lee - I took off the miss but it came back in the final boarding card?
3 - when entering dates, you have to start by year, month and day otherwise it auto correct to today’s date. It is not self explanatory and very frustrating if you are not aware of the trick
As slick as the service
This app I find easy to use and generally works. Certainly better than some other carriers. Sometimes however there are checkin errors which means I have to check in at the airport. Fix that till I don’t notice and it would be 5* from me.
New update extremely buggy
In the past this app has been very useful, but this new update is atrocious. It refuses to find any history, cannot locate an existing booking while at the same time refusing to let me add the booking manually, claiming that it is already added.
There is no feedback at all over whether the buttons have been pressed until an error dialogue pops up some time later or the app just crashes out. With Norwegian only allowing check in 24 hours before the flight, having such an unreliable app is appalling as you are pretty much forced to rely upon it, but it refuses to find your booking.
Stunningly dreadful.
