Easy to sign up and really helpful when giving advice on how to use. Love the additional features including line up and match predictions. Love it!
Awful screen lock for commentary
The most recent update of this app renders it useless when listening to audio commentary. You can’t navigate away and open a different app without losing the commentary. This is useless if you are out and about whilst trying to follow a game. Worse still is that there is a screen lock. You can’t even close the audio commentary screen, without losing it. This is such a battery drain and quite dangerous when it comes to overheating. I managed the first half of the Bournemouth match on my iPhone before the battery died on me. Please sort this out ASAP. I’ve paid good money for the Forest audio comm. Thank you.
Basics
Logs me out all of the time.. why? Why don’t you have facial recognition? Why does it need to log out? Tickets… you have an app… why do I need to log in to an app, then log in to a website from the app… you’re developers couldn’t Integrate the shop or ticket sales? I have to log on about 5 times just to get anything, and the ticket sales then end up to be buggy as sht anyway. Its like nobody tests the app before just pushing it out. We are a prem league club… sort it out.
