The application works properly now an booking works as well but how can we be sure that this application Is the official one by grand cinemas? I don't want to give out my credit card number so lightly....
Horrendously pointless and poor App
Simply shocking!! A terrible App, waste of time and effort, does nothing to help you use Novo cinema’s facilities, or make you want to. Makes you wish you hadn’t wasted your time downloading it. As a provider of one the few iMax experiences around, you’ve got to go to considerable lengths to make customers not want to go to your cinemas - but somehow, against all the odds, you achieved it! Kudos!
Terrible app full of bugs
I love novo cinemas, but the app is full of bugs, I can’t see my dashboard and most of the things in there doesn’t work. Please reform the app, make a complete reformation
