What’s going on

I don’t know what’s happened since the update. It logged me out of my account. I logged back in no it’s saying locked out of account for security reason reset password I’ve tried recent password never gets sent through to my emails. I’ve tried now setting up a new account and subscribing again and now it’s saying problem with mobile payment or something. . I can’t get into my original account where I am subscribed already and now I Can get into my new account, but I can’t subscribe before there a problem with the paying and I don’t have any problem purchasing anything else.

Won’t let me access my subscription

Since the site has been revamped it allows me to log in but does not let me watch any shows. Just says that I do not have a subscription, dispite the payment coming out of my account less than 10dats ago.

There’s no real was to contact them and the website won’t let you cancel payments.

Be careful! I’ve had to contact my bank and report this as fraud.
