Shouldn’t Exist
I’m a new customer to nPower Select and thought I’d be able to manage my account with their app, however it informs me that I shouldn’t use the app if I only have 1 meter.
Who has more than 1 electricity meter!? Is this for business owners only? I feel completely alienated and am now regretting my choice of energy provider.
Update:
Even though the app suggested I don’t use it, I did anyway, and it appears to be working as one would expect.
Decent app
Thank you for having spinners for inputting meter readings, not only does it give you a ref so you only have to spin a few dials, but you’re not inputting gas in electricity and visa versa. British Gas had this years ago, I’ve had 3 suppliers since and all of them had a blank data field which is no where near as good. Graphs and data insights are good too, just wish I had a smart meter for accuracy
Easy to manage account this way
I have dual fuel with NPower Select. I don’t have a smart meter so I use the app, which allows you to up date your meter readings every day to get your forecast cost.
Personally, I think it’s great. NPower are considerably cheaper than my last provider. This app makes saving even more quite fine - but it is lockdown... so anything to fend off the boredom.
