On login you must use 'studentid' within the email and not name and email.

Top app for timetables and location finding
Been using nu connect app on campus the past few days and its brilliant. Blows the old app out of the water in terms of features and speed.
The map areas even show the distance to walk to my lectures from my current location, how good is that.
A huge thanks to the uni for creating this new app, I’ll be using it most days for my timetables.

Problems with Mobile
The NU app overall is very handy as I can find resources that I need for my lectures and seminars relatively easily. However, on mobile (both my phone and iPad have had this problem) when I am on blackboard within the Nu app, if I go off it to, for example, research something, when I go back on the app, it forces me to restart it, which is very annoying and takes time to get back on.
Much better
Much better after the last update, the thumb-print login was very rough for me and it’d take a faff and a half to get in, much much better :)
