This is a pretty good exercise app but the 3rd exercise where you lift your leg from a cushion or towel does not include a timer so do it using the timer for the next exercise but it would be nice if this could be included. Thank you

Please switch off the constant wohoo well done you’ve done an exercise at the end of each one, wasn’t there before and it’s bloody annoying when you do the exercises through the day and mark them up at the end of the day

Simply doesn’t work. Would rate 0 stars.I had to wait a week for an appointment while unable to walk due to a knee injury only for the app not to function. Spent 45 minutes trying to get any connection without success. Asked to try again a day later and still didn’t work. Felt sorry for my Physio who had to deal with this nonsense, had to ask for a refund and will now avoid Nuffield altogether until normal service can be resumed.
