Great support

I have been taking Mounjaro for 3 weeks and have lost 8kg. I am finding it very manageable. I get some gastric side effects for 2 days following the injection otherwise I feel fine with reduced appetite. I am on 2.5mg weekly increasing to 5mg next month. I have had great support from Katie who answers any questions I have around diet. The website is easy to navigate. I feel Numan has the correct amount of support for me & my journey. They are there if I need them or run into difficulties. I am 100% happy with my weight loss journey so far.

If I could put zero stars I would!!! I had paused / stopped my prescription and yet Numan have taken it upon themselves to unpause without authorisation and notice which has resulted in waking up this morning with an money being taken from my account. I was moving away from Numan due to being far more expensive than other online pharmacy’s, which I told them so this money being taken can only be seen a retaliation because I was looking to move to a competitor. I had spoken with a clinician about this who at the time was aware my account was paused. My account is now overdrawn, unable to speak with anyone, money stolen, and incredibly poor service AVOID AT ALL COSTS

*in response to Numans comment on this post - I’m already in contact with your care team, your care team have confirmed my subscription was paused on the 10th of the month by written conversation on the 11th of the month….yet continued to take the payment without authority at the end of the month…..I would encourage everyone to use a pharmacy with more integrity.

Not seeing results.

I’ve been taking Wegovy for 9 weeks with little to no weight loss. You really have to improve your eating habits & move more for this to work. Last time I did this and lost weight I was attending slimming world as well.
I’m just not motivated enough to exercise and can’t afford to move up to the maximum dose. Need to make a bigger effort. I’m so cross with myself. It’s a perpetual cycle with me feeling bad and choosing wrong choices to soothe myself. 🥹
