The app is great, but you can’t do the rays. When you try and do it, it just makes a corrupting sound. I’m still rating it 4 stars. Please fix this.

I tried Numberblocks World because I like the show and thought it would be a fun way to play and learn at the same time. At first it actually is really good. The games are colourful, the characters are the same as in the show, and it feels like it’s made for kids properly, not just thrown together.But the problem is you can’t really do much without paying. You start playing and then suddenly loads of stuff is locked, and you have to get a subscription to carry on. That’s pretty annoying, especially since it’s meant to be a kids app. Kids aren’t going to understand why they can’t keep playing unless someone pays for it.It kind of feels like it tricks you a bit — like it lets you enjoy it at the start and then stops you unless you pay. I get that apps need to make money, but for something educational and aimed at young children, it feels a bit unfair to lock so much behind a paywall.Overall, it’s fun for a short time, but the paying part really lets it down.⸻

I’ve tried to contact the support team to try and get this fixed but I haven’t heard anything back and it’s been about two months. I’ve been paying for this monthly but my son has only been able to play up to the number three because two of the games keep glitching and just will not load, I have tried to download a few times and nothing works. It’s a shame because my son absolutely loves Numberblocks but there’s just no support here to try and get this fixed.

I just coughed up for this app to help my daughter with her maths. Specifically times tables. She’s getting so frustrated bless her. It keeps telling her to ‘have another go’ when she has the correct answer. I came and checked and she does have to correct answer, so it’s teaching her what? To doubt herself and that 4 x 4 isn’t 16 after all?! A tool which makes children doubt themselves by being buggy and wrong itself is a useless tool and certainly not worth paying for.
