Mixed units make it difficult to compare food items.

Food items are referred to in 'servings' (not a standard amount) or ounces (oz.) and the quantities of the food components are in grams. Percentages would work or both measures (the serving size and the food component) should be in the same units so a user would know how much sugar/fat etc it contains compared with other similar products.
However, it doesn't really matter to non Americans because users outside the USA/Canada will find it of little use as it only covers those countries. I understand why, but perhaps a (clear) 'North American Version' sign in the title would make it known to potential non American users.
