WHO ARE NYE?


We set out to build the Nye Health app as a team of Doctors and patients who know that sometimes we all want to make healthcare a little simpler.


MEDICAL RECORD

Nye Health puts you in control of your medical history. You can link your medical record to your Nye Health Timeline. Take it with you between health settings and use it to check dates and names of medications, whenever you need to.


COVID-19 VACCINE VERIFICATION

When you have had your Covid-19 vaccine, it will show in your Nye Health Timeline. You'll then be able to share your #NyeVerifedVaccine card with friends!

To view your medical record and verify your Covid-19 vaccination you will need to be registered at a participating NHS England GP practice.


TELEPHONE AND VIDEO CALLS

Healthcare professionals using this app to call you are the incredible front-line NHS staff doing vital work during this outbreak. One way they can stay safe if by carrying out appointments remotely.

When your healthcare professional video calls you, it will come through your Nye app.

When your healthcare professional uses Nye to telephone call you, it will come through as a normal landline call on 01865920732.

Great customer service

Initially, hugely frustrated as we waited an hour on the app for a dentist to call. He was refused 3 times. I didn’t receive a call. So frustrating, BUT, we got around it using old fashioned phone and FaceTime. The developer rang me in the afternoon to get the issue resolved. We got almost completely there and I can now use the app successfully on my phone. Very impressed with the effort to resolve things. Thank you.

Excellent app for these worrying times.

This is just what the NHS needs, especially with the coronavirus outbreak. I’m sure that this will become standard practice for all GP surgeries, only a shame that it takes a global pandemic to make people realise how useful telemedicine can be. I like the fact that this works with GP practices as I have major concerns about competitor e.g Babylon taking relatively young and healthy patients away from GP practices. Well done NYE.

Didn’t Work - But now does!!

Doctor phoned me twice to say they had tried calling me but nothing happened on my phone

EDIT: following my feedback I was contacted by the developers who had looked into the issue and explained what was wrong. They then called me via the app to ensure it worked as expected… and it did. Well done guys!
