Description
Use the Octopus Energy Powerloop app to set when you would like your car charged by and to view your Vehicle to Grid (V2G) activity. Boost and Stop buttons enable you to control your charger from your phone and the new set-up allows you to see your upcoming schedule after 5pm each day. Active power and cumulative energy charged and discharged are all displayed.

Device serial number
Same issue as last feedback . Got setup to login and put account and api key in but to to next page which says need serial number of device from administrator. But no indication of what device it’s talking about? Is this my meter? Or phone? Or ev charger? But even if had serial number it does not give me any option of inputting this number any where?? And no guidance to explain or help user how to move forward?? Chocolate tea cup comes to mind …
Device serial number
I get as far as signing in then I’m taken to a page that requires me to enter a device serial number and asks me to sign out!
