Very good game but….
I have to have it on airplane mode to run smoothly, and then I can’t get the extra stuff by watching an ad. If I don’t have it on airplane mode then it jerks and crashes and if it starts playing an ad, the ad then crashes it, so I still don’t get the stuff unlocked. Please make everything optional, either free with ad or pay for it with the money you collect, that way you can play fully and smoothly on airplane mode?
Too many ads and it’s making us lazy
Not gonna lie I’m enjoying this game, and there’s not AS many ads as there is in other games. But the fact that you can watch multiple ads to get what you need I feel is cheating a little. I used to love mobile games because you had to play them often to get the rewards you needed but now it’s like “oh hey watch this ad you can get this straight away” and I feel like if you just took them out completely you’d maybe make more money on more people playing the game. I feel like it makes us lazy, not putting the effort in and only watching ads to get stuff. Miss those days, there are so many games that have potential but are ruined by ads. If I see a game and download it and start playing it and ad shows up within less than a minute of playing, it’s getting deleted.
Good, but has room for improvement!
As many other people have indicated in their reviews, this game is good over all, but it has a few flaws that let it down. Let me explain.
Firstly, the ads make the game lag and you can tell when a random ad is about to start because the game starts lagging more than usual.
Like another reviewer has stated, a ‘solution’ for this issue is to play the game with your device on aeroplane mode. This improves the playability because it turns off the internet, which in turn disables the ads resulting in no lag.
However, a problem this then creates is that you can not get the workstations or ‘upgrades’ that are set to ‘free with an ad’ instead of paying for them with in game currency. Which makes you have to play with the internet enabled, resulting in the lag being apparent again.
Secondly, I think the game is a bit too simple, because the mechanics for each new room are very similar, resulting in each new room feels a bit ‘samey’.
I would love to rate this game higher because I do think it is good and has potential, it just needs its bugs fixing and a few more features added. If the issues are resolved in the future then I will be more than happy to amend my review and rating.
