Videos don’t play
After I had passed 3 videos, all the others stopped playing wit a message “there appears to be a problem playing this video. Please check if the device in low power mode”. Which is not the case I have fully charged battery.
After that I thought, am I the only one facing it? And after reading reviews I can see this is a common problem. Very poor quality, surprised that it’s referred as official DVLA guidance materials.

FIX THIS APP!!!
All these big fixes and nothing being done. For an official DVSA app that you’re charging for, this is just dreadful. Had the app for one (1) single day before it started showing the ‘Cant show video’ and telling me that I’m in low power mode messages. Fix this and we’ll have no problems. But don’t leave me in the dust like this right before my test. I cant afford to keep paying for different apps just because you can’t fix yours.

Simply does not work
Like all the other reviews, the app just does not work for hazard perception. The clips won’t even play without showing a message to say there is an error playing the video, and that you should check if your batter is low, which it isn’t! Really concerning that this is an app recommended by the DVSA itself.
