OhentPay Money Transfer 4+

After I was introduced to this app and trying it out.. Am pleased to say it works. Since Nigeria government blocked all means of sending pounds to naira straight into your account, this app can still do it. I Introduced 3 other people to use it and they love the service. Of course it has it's pros and cons but it's reliable, fastest, less stress and easy to use. Late 2022, the app updated and changed some policy, making it difficult for someone to own an account. It's now very gimmick with so much rules and getting into your personal life. Now am not sure it's loveable as before. Just another app

I just wish I can review with no star , this people are scammers they have been holding my money for 24hrs now , I have been using this app for a year now , I really don't send much , now not only do they take time to send money out , now they are holding my money for 24hrs when I put in they amount of money I was sending they said nothing, now pay they receive they are now asking for my bank statement or screenshot which I have giving , I told them since they don't want to send they money return it to my card , they don't want to return they money they still don't want to pay they money they are asking me what they money is for which I have explained see me explaining to someone how I want to use my own hard earned money, I am sending my to my brother which they can see he has same surname with me , I told them I needed that money with them by morning as my elder sister is in they hospital and we need to pay bills to comments treatment they still haven't paid , now they are asking for another bank statement which I have given , they are now asking for another 24hrs again is it until you people kill someone , please return my money I no do again

While a lot of people review only when they bad experience, I am here for the opposite. I have used OhentPay since 2022, 90% of the time the transaction completed between 15mins to 2 hours as they state in the app.

Another 4% the transactions were really delayed. But my experience with the delay is why I have them 5 star. After 24 hours, I messaged the customer service via X(twitter) and the support was amazing. I kept getting regular update, they explained quiet calmly and reasonably the reason for the delay and even suggested I provide an alternation account number to complete the transaction. All in all the transaction was completed and I was quiet pleased with the experience.

The last 6% has been recent and amazing. Transactions take less than 2 minutes to be completed. Amazing Stuff! Good one guys👍🏽
