Customer put wrong address I just confirmed if she was going that adress she said yes when we nearly there customer realised she just put wrong address the issue was same road name but too far from each other at least 20 min any way customer changed in to the correct one we took u turn but during this trip customer called ola explained the situation but the lady on the phone told her that the trip was on process she couldn’t do anything but said complete again the trip from your phone the end of the trip was 16 miles and 45 min Ola recalculated and made it 5 miles and 20 min I contacted Ola many times regarding this issue they always saying one thing and that is you didn’t follow our Navigation and that is very funny because they see that the customer changed previous address how can I follow their navigation? and even this lady explained in front of me on their phone that she put wrong address I don’t have any other word then Indian scum I deleted their app and now back happy with my friendly customer service uber.

The app is useless just like Kapten Bolt and ViaVan . They don’t use any native map like UBER, the support which say 24/7 is terribly useless with a call centre in India which seems that you’re speaking to one of the accident claim scammers - hard to understand them and they to understand you . The tests are too over complicated for just picking and dropping people around London which is the dumbest job on the planet. So OLA I’m assuming your an Indian brand wrapped up using a foreign name to trap people in thinking it’s a EU startup. Why don’t you guys have some creativity and originality although I’m assuming some of you are intelligent to be EX McKinsey or BGC. So you really think a driver needs a psychometric test. What do think by implementation by this test people won’t get around it. You guys are seriously stupid. Don’t you know the harder the target the more loop holes it opens up. You’ve got smart Indians helping others to pass the test by charging some fee. So what’s the point? You know It very well you guys can’t beat the operational infrastructure of UBER. So pack up and go away. 🥱

I have completed a longer trip and it’s missing from the trip history, and when I called they have uploaded a job with the wrong drop off time and destination; it’s not safe to drive with them because if you get a trip and it’s going outside the m25 circle, remember their tracking system doesn’t work outside the m25 circle, I have got the proof. Also, if you get involved in an accident with passengers and you can’t provide the trip booking, then you are not covered by the insurance because, as a private hire, your job has to be booked. So tfl should take legal action against them because it’s totally unsafe, and I have got the proof. Also they don’t pay if you take a longer trip, I have completed a trip on 27th and they didn’t pay for the job; they also deleted my original trip and manually created one and according to my vehicle tracking, their trip tracking doesn’t match, so this is not a safe taxi company in London for drivers and riders.
