A nightmare to manage the licence

I am so upset with how they messed up with suscribers for updates etc. Now lost completly access to the tool after changing mac... I was actually using them as a bad exemple to what not to do when it comes to customer experience.
Saddly I really liked the product. But I can use any other app it will just do fine and won't have the issues with licences etc. each time.
Their yearly fees are not justified given how poorly they are to take customers complaints in the forums with years of backlogs on very essential and legitimates requests.
Otherwise well designed apps and pleasant to use.

Locked out wasted money

In 2016 I paid £109.99 for Omniplan 3 and now can't access my documents without a paid subscription - absolute highway robbery! avoid at all costs
