Useless
Went through the registration process but then it couldn’t find the account using my email. Tried to create another account and I couldn’t because my CPF was linked to another account ie the one it couldn’t log me in to.
Terrible
-Buggy app
-Can’t change your building on the same account
-They steal your balance if you change building (ie create a new account as per instructions)
-Top-up only in certain increments to ensure you’re left with an unused balance
-Terrible customer service, endless bureaucracy
-The washers often screw up and you’ll have to waste time and money doing it all over in another washer
Horrible
Shockingly bad sign up process, intrusive data collection, dreadful UI. I struggled with it for twenty minutes then gave up and went to a different laundromat.
