Fix for always needing to select a Source to allow an appointment to be saved

* If used together with Once Track, Once Orders and Worksheets can be viewed from the Once Appointment where an appointment is associated with an order, e.g., for a fitting Permissions to view these documents can be controller per-staff member from the Settings, Edit Staff screen. *The Source selection is now required when creating an appointment. If you do not use this information, you can remove the list of enquiry sources from the Settings screen. * You can change the email subject for each appointment type. * Experimental feature to allow attachments to be added to appointments on a PC or Mac. *The display order of Staff can now be changed on the Settings page, Add/Edit staff. *The straight-line distance between appointments is now shown (provided a lookup on the address has been done to obtain the map location). *Support for sending SMS messages in addition to or instead of an email. You can now specify the email to text SMS service you use in the settings for each business. See: Sending SMS (text) messages from Once Time *You can enter customer multiple phone numbers separated by a non-numeric character e.g. a space or comma. The mobile number must be first. *Staff can be set to see a Read-Only view of their calendar. *Each "Company" in Once Time can have a different Once Mobile account. Fix for your business name being copied to the appointment business name when sending an appointment to Once Mobile.

* You can disable the email address validation when emailing an appointment confirmation. This allows you to force sending an email if the address is incorrectly rejected by the email validation system. * The maximum days to keep appointments has been increased to 120 days. * The maximum history logs size has been increased so you can view and recover appointment changes from a larger time range. * You can include a phone number for each staff member and include this in your appointment email templates.
