BOOKING Access the online booking portal via the app and link directly to your calendar once booked. CLASS TIMETABLES Get real-time access to your centre’s timetable for classes, including times, rooms and class description. NEWS AND PUSH NOTIFICATIONS Instantly get notified of centre news and events right on your phone. With the app, you’ll immediately know when there are new events or classes, ensuring that you’ll never miss a special event. OFFERS Get push notifications for new offers so you always know about special promotions. EVENTS Listings for upcoming events along with booking information ensure you never miss out. CONTACT US Easily contact us with site telephone numbers and email addresses or view directions and maps. SHARE THROUGH FACEBOOK AND EMAIL Share classes and activities with friends through Facebook. Email your friends with directions, news, and facility information and offers. Lame swimming.

Really enjoy my Lane swimming. The staff are brilliant. The only drawback is the ‘new rule’ of having to cancel a swim session an hour and a half before , I usually swim at 7am, so if I didn’t feel 100% when I get up at 6.30, I cannot cancel, and someone else who could have gone, cannot, because the rather silly “new rule” means I would have to cancel BEFORE 5:30 am. I question WHY can you not cancel 15 or 30 minutes. There is no “Trainer” waiting ? No one is being held up. I do wish you would take this default off your system, or at least give us a reasonable period of 15-30 minutes . That gives people a chance to book in if they need to go. Paul O’Neill

You need to either reinstall the app (make sure you have all passwords including membership number, not the same as the one on your fob) or restart your phone. Not sure if this is just with I-phones only. I have a more recent I-phone. Staff on reception, at St Ives are helpful at helping to get back on the App.

This new iteration of the app on IOS has multiple critical issues. It is not possible to make multiple booking - to do so you have to log out of the app and then log back in again. Each time you log in it asks for you to reset your password. Poor Q&A, Poor UX and clearly inadequate testing.

The booking system should be abolished now and return to a free flow system. St Neots pool is often fully booked on paper but when I get there, if I can get booked in there are often only 20 in the session. My preferred time was 7.30 to 8.30 but now I go at 8.00 am which sometimes I have to miss due to early morning commitments. Free flow would allow for this and swimmers will come and go at leisure and it will not be overcrowded.
