Been using this app and has really helped me change my diet for the better and feel really good about myself. It gives lots of helpful tips and has lots of recipes for you to try and cook yourself. The only thing I would say is if they could do some healthy snack recipes, not just breakfast lunch and dinner. They could do more of a variety of meals, but there is still quite a lot to choose from. Would definitely recommend this

Good execution of a good idea, but...

The main flaw I had with this app comes down to 2 issues:

The lack of variety of each meal

The serving sizes

More often than not, I’m just trying to make a meal for myself and myself alone, what I found however was that a large amount of recipes are considered to serve 2–6 people.

This isn’t too bad an issue as you can always reduce the ingredients to your portion size, but it would be nice to state the number of servings needed and receive the amount of ingredients needed

The lack of meal variety is also a minor issue, as it does provide a decent list, but the list is short enough that you would run out of recipes in a few weeks. This issue could easily be fixed by allowing for community additions, and further official verification from the app makers as to which meals would follow a healthy guideline.

Loving these recipes.
It makes cooking for the family so much easier too. They are choosing what they want me to cook next. Flapjacks have gone down a dream. The bolognese a favourite along with the sweet and sour chicken.
There isn’t any fancy ingredients either which is great, as long as you’ve got the basics you can make a meal.
I’ve lost 7lbs in my first 2weeks!
The only thing that would make it more helpful is perhaps a side note for the ingredients for 1 just for quickness.
I made porridge and thought I’d divided by 4 only to see after I’d eaten, that it was recipe for 6.
It didn’t really matter as I reduced my calories the rest of the day as I’d had hearty breakfast it was fine ha!
On the whole I love it ! It’s working.
