Oniri - Lucid Dream Journal 12+

I love dreaming and can often remember them vividly. Started to write a journal by hand but my writing isn’t great and I get hand cramps. With this I can type it all out, add extra details that can link them to other dreams and also put them in order of dates. Adding pictures and titles is a good way to identify them and I like that you can export them to PDF and they look great in that format. I’ve only had the app for a few hours and put in so many dreams from my previous journal. I don’t even have the (rather affordable) premium yet but I definitely will within the next week. Really great, well structured and easy to use app! Genuinely love it and hope I can achieve lucid dreams going forward, been trying a while but I think this app will help! 5 star+

Really happy with this app. It looks lovely, and is really easy to use. You can input your dream and even search for a picture so when you’re looking back it’s easier to identify each dream.

There’s options to input objects, people, locations etc and then analyse those if you wish. The menus are simple and the information you input does make you think more about the dream. It’s been interesting to see what things are occurring for me and how I think that is influenced by waking life.

You can get it to notify you so you can check if you’re dreaming which helps your awareness in your dreams, that’s been great for me.

At less than £5 for the year I was more than happy to pay for the premium version, as it’s bringing me a little extra interest in the mornings and adding to my well-being I think!

The only negatives/ways I’d hope for it to improve are it does occasionally crash, but it seems to save your work often so that’s not too much of a problem.

If love it if there was a widget to live on your Home Screen!! And also tips on remembering your dreams - cos I’m disappointed in the mornings I don’t get to use the app because I forgot them!

I’ve been using Oniri for years now. It’s a great and really helpful dream journaling app. It’s also helped me start lucid dreaming too which is amazing! I especially like the new A.I dream analysis option as it’s really quite smart and goes into a lot of depth!
The only reason my review is 4 stars and not 5 is because the A.I deeper analysis section, where you answer some specific questions about your dream for a deeper analysis, is quite buggy. I’ve only had 2 occasions where the bot has actually read my answers and included them in the deeper analysis. The rest of the time, the AI doesn’t actually read my answers and just gives me the same analysis again even though I’ve given some really in depth and personal answers. If this could be fixed, the app would definitely get 5 stars as everything else is perfect! ✨🤞🏻
