This app is slow and nothing seems to work. The home page displays different information to the invoice page which is confusing to say the least. Every page takes an eternity to load. The information page is constantly changing what information it wants to display and there is constant error messages with no explanation. The ‘talk to a real person’ side of the app doesn’t work as you have to go through some rubbish automated pretend human first that often doesn’t work. It’s all just a little bit rubbish. Ooredoo, I can see where you are trying to go as a company but you seem to be failing to look at things from a customer with no background knowledge or training in your company’s point of view, no wonder your shops and customer service lines are always busy. But hay, at least the app looks kind of good and we are still being bombarded by lots of text messages. Frustrating is an under-rated word in this instance.

The app is just ok. But i came to know that it poses a huge privacy breach which most of the customers would not know about it.

Lets say someone else like a brother is using a SIM card registered under your name. Then he can just fire up this app and use quick login over cellular data without having to enter any sort of credentials and then he gains access to the number that he is using which is still ok until now. But he can also click in the drop down menu and switch to your number and gain access to your calls and messages history along with other information without being asked for any sort of authentication. This is a serious mishandling of customers data and and it just shows how careless is this enterprise regarding such a sensitive matter.
