Working just fine for me

I’ve been using this application to open a view of files with varying formats and files types. For me it seems to be working and functioning as described. Very happy, thank you.

Did not work for a .qfx file

I downloaded a .qfx file on my Mac. The app attempted to open it but apparently could not. Afterwards, interaction with the app was very confusing and lead me nowhere. Did I do somehting wrong? Happy to adjust my rating if that’s my fault but communication of the problem UX could certainly be improved. The developer support page is not helpful at all, super techie and only have two random FAQs for the app. I sent a direct message to support also. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Says it has opened my file but it hasn’t !

Spent a whole hour trying to open a .rar file.
The Application works in a much as my Macbook Air 2013 uses it to ‘Open’ the file but the ‘opened' file is not created on the computer.
I ‘opened’ the file 10 times in a row and clicked ‘Show’ and it opened a Finder window showing my Desktop with no ‘Opened’ files.
Used Finder to search the whole computer for these ‘Opened’ files but they dont exist.
At least it was free so no loss (only time).
