Help

I love this app unfortunately I find not many retailers to buy from here but they are really amazing and I found very helpful when I called them as I can’t empty my basket and now it’s saying items have sold out but I can’t go to the shops app as open pay is no option to pay I have told open pay about this as really not right when they are on open pay list and I rang them very helpful but I’ve deleted app put it back twice still not empty my basket and now items I want are sold out and it asks me to remove them but still can’t can anyone please help me here as I’m now losing out on items I really wanted thank you

Let me open an account and gave me a £0 limit!

Okay so I’m a regular user of Clearpay, which is like this app, you pay in 4 instalments and pay the first at checkout, it’s great! I love it! I just get frustrated with their current choice of partners.

So, in a bid to try some other stores and not break the bank by paying all at once, I saw this on the App Store and decided to give it a try.

It let me open an account and requested my card details (not bank) which I stupidly put in, it then said that I have a limit of $0 🙄

As I said, I use Clearpay, over time my limit on there has risen to £750, I’ve never even made a late payment with them and have now paid off nearly £1000 with them. I don’t have a terrible credit score and currently have pre-approved credit card offers in my ClearScore account.

So I’m a wee bit confused about this but it just seems it’s like Klarna and they like to be suspicious with how they accept people (won’t accept me but let me make an account and put all of my bank details in before telling me I can’t make a purchase whilst at checkout, but accepted my partner with an identical credit card score to me)

I’m starting to feel like these companies are just mining for card details.

ERROR WITH PAYMENT DATES

Ever since my first purchase on the 21st it has told me everyday since that my next payments are due today so that needs to be updated ASAP...

Update:

spoke to customer service and they told me the latest update fixed it. Followed instructions deleted app and reinstalled it even though a update occurs via App Store I still followed instructions and it hasn’t worked, then I mailed back to tell the person who advised me to do that and what a suprise no more replies!
