I live this game and i love the story line to it and its cool how u do a lot of different surgeries and get different rooms, upgrades etc. The thing i am am SO ANNOYED ABOUT is the fact that a new event came up and it was a chance to earn 100 hearts for 30 surgeries and since hearts are kinda hard to get in a pack i thought to try and do the surgeries. Little did i know that once i clicked it and used my doctor it didnt load at all. It was stuck on the loading part and never poped up. Now ik that there is wifi issues since u have storylines but the game itself loads up perfectly fine and regular surgeries are also fine but its just the event which is a bust. And u also use up energy for no reason since i have to close the app it saves the energy spent so the energy is deducted even tho i haven't even done anything. Also i wanna say that if this is a glitch or not buti loaded into my game the other day and i have only had it for 2 days and when i loaded it up after a few hour’s then i randomly got EVERY SINGLE SURGEN, DOCTOR, NURSE ETC just randomly and i didn’t even know about the packs. (Although i am not complaining) overall i love this game but please fix this.

I love the game so much, it has a great concept and story line.

Normally I would complain about little things but I actually enjoy this, I like how much you can progress through the game, some days are quicker than others, sometimes you might need to wait a while for things to upgrade but that doesn’t matter because I don’t want to spend every waking moment playing games.

However, the African hospital, though it was a fantastic idea, it’s annoying that it only lasted a few days. I don't understand why it couldn’t have gone on longer or returned later on when the main hospital slows down a bit.

I don’t like how when you buy staff, you don’t get to pick who you have. For the price you pay, you’d hope to at least pick the category! I currently have 6 surgeons with need for only 1, and 2 doctors when I need more.

One more thing, the research projects. They are incredibly expensive, especially the more you progress, but that isn’t my problem. Like I previously said, I only have 2 doctors when I need more. I sent my best doctor and best nurse to do a research project, and after it was completed, they were never returned to me. Now now I have need for 3-4 doctors and only 1 doctor in my staff.
Why didn’t I get my staff back? Their status says busy when I try to assign them tasks, and when I look at my staff list it says they are assigned to research, even though the research finished. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have even bothered with the research projects.

This game is honestly really good but there are a few things that the developers could improve on but overall I would recommend this game. I found this through a friend and I’ve liked it ever since but I would say I haven’t played it in over a year because I’ve been having this glitch with this hospital game for some time. It always occurs even after I delete the app and reinstall it, it happens after I level up to level 2 (which makes the game completely disappointing because I don’t have to work for certain things) an absurd amount of doctors, nurses and surgeons unlock which includes some of the highest and hardest to unlock in the game. Plus I am currently on level 5 and have over 74 employees at the hospital even though I only have 1 break room, 1 ward, 1 ambulance garage and 1 reception. I’ve tried to find out the reasons why this maybe occurring but nothing seems to come up, I’ve tried going slower to complete tasks and waiting a few days in between before playing the game again but it never seems to stop. If anybody has or knows any ways to stop this from occurring I would be hugely grateful.
