This includes retrieving activities, managing routes, viewing activity details, providing activity updates, managing inventory, communicating with peers, etc. The app works when the mobile worker does not have internet connectivity and automatically synchronizes any actions taken while offline when connectivity is established.
When used with Oracle Field Service Smart Location, functionality is extended to continually gather a mobile workers coordinates when the app is running in the background.

Note: Oracle Field Service Mobile requires an active Oracle Field Service subscription and features will vary based on the subscription services.

Easy to use for field work

A simple clean modern app that is easy to use. Love the quick link, map interface and the collaboration messaging features. Also really like the default data values. Speeds up my data capture work. Makes my job much easier than the previous mobile solution we had.

Something Gone Wrong on the Mobile app

Yet again something has gone wrong with a new update… Now certain features like the Back button is not working when you want to go back on the main page, so you either have to completely close the app or click on the menu at the top left corner and select My Route.

Secondly with the drop down menues, once you select something it takes you all the way back to the very top of the page.

Certain drop down menues won’t let you select certain options which then means you can’t move on.

I hope the developers sees this and find a solution as somehow it’s slowing down the work process.
