Description
Videoloft Order Cam helps restaurant chains using delivery platforms like Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat and DoorDash prevent unnecessary refund claims.
Kitchen staff simply snap a photo of each order and receipt, and the app records the order number.
If a customer claims an item is missing, quickly search by order number to prove the order was packed correctly.
